Work out, stretch, or do yoga to release tension from the day. I find it helps me sleep better, too!

Once in a while, book a spa treatment or a massage in the evening. You’ll feel intensely relaxed.
6. KEEP A JOURNAL
Journal your thoughts or ideas. It’s a safe place to collect your innermost desires and motivations.
7. TAKE A HIKE
An evening walk, free of screens and technology, can help you to decompress. Stroll around the neighborhood or hit up a local park.
8. SIP TO SOOTHE
I love to unwind with a glass of wine or a cup of herbal tea.
9. BLISS OUT IN A BATH
Taking a bath is the ultimate way to relax! Make it even better by diffusing essential oils while you do so.
10. TURN ON THE TUNES
Listen to your favorite music to unwind or find inspiration.
